1. Service and reliability. We are family owned and operated. When you contact us, you’re communicating directly with one of the owners. Our communication is top notch, response times are quick, and we show up when we say we will show up. Delivery is available, and the fee is assessed based on order size, and location. 
2. We only invest in high quality products. Our equipment is very carefully selected based on durability and quality. Everything we stock is commercial grade. No cutting corners.
3. Balloons: We only use a few, very select brands of commercial balloons. These balloons are not the same as you will find in big box stores or Amazon. Indoors they can last a very long time. We can curate a pallet of colors to match your theme that will look classy, elegant, and unique. After paying your deposit, digital mock-ups are offered for your approval. In person consultations are also available. 
4. Foam: Our foam parties are NOT a rental, they are full service! They include the best foam cannon and equipment on the market, an operator, and speaker with custom playlist. All you have to do is show us where the water and electricity are, and we do all the work setting up, running the foam party and breaking down. The volume and quality of the foam is unmatched. 
5. Safety/Environmental: Safety is our #1 priority. We carry insurance, and constantly assess risk with any job we book. We will not compromise your and your guests safety for profits. We will never spray foam on or directly next to any body of water. As fun as it sounds, it is a huge risk and a big no no in the industry. We only buy hypoallergenic, biodegradable, non toxic foam solution that is safe for babies, animals and the environment. We do not offer helium filled balloons, as it is not necessary and is dangerous for the environment, children and animals. All balloons are air filled, and latex balloons are biodegradable and recyclable. Balloons are not toys and all popped balloons should be discarded immediately. 
6. Linens: Our linens are high quality, professionally laundered and pressed before each rental. We are able to provide a very large array of options to suit your needs. We will save you a lot of time and money by renting vs buying when you factor in the cost of the linens and laundering, plus the time to press and steam each item. We offer on site steamer service as well for your luxury events.
