How to Become an Approved Vendor Partner

Joining our Approved Vendor list is quick and easy. This ensures you receive access to streamlined service, wholesale pricing, and priority booking for your events. Email us to get started!

1. Share Your Business Info

Submit your:

• Business name

• Business website or professional social media

• Contact information

2. Provide Required Documents

To keep our partnerships professional and protected, we require:

• Resale certificate (for wholesale pricing)

• Proof of insurance

• Signed Rental Policies & Terms

3. Get Approved

Once reviewed, you’ll be added to our Approved Vendor list and can begin renting immediately.

4. Start Booking Rentals

Approved Vendors enjoy:

• Access to wholesale pricing

• Weekday pickups

• Priority availability on inventory

Simply submit your rental request, and we’ll take it from there.


Who Do We Work With?

Our ideal partners include wedding/event planners, coordinators, decorators, event rental businesses, venues, caterers, florists, DJs, non profits, or other businesses in need of event rentals


When you're an approved partner, you will receive a pricing guide that includes your cost, plus suggested retail pricing and suggested setup/breakdown pricing. You are welcome to consult with us for additional guidance. 


How It Works

We keep the rental process simple, efficient, and stress-free for event professionals. Here’s what to expect when working with Fiesta Haus:

1. Browse & Request

Explore our inventory and send us your rental request with quantities and event dates. We’ll confirm availability and send a quote.

2. Approve & Reserve

To secure your items, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Once paid, your order is officially reserved for your event date.

3. Final Balance Due

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pickup.

Orders not paid by the deadline may be cancelled or released back into inventory.

4. Pick Up Your Order

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, by appt only

We do not offer weekend pickups.

Your items will be clean, organized, and ready when you arrive.

Deliver available on a case by case basis and subject to fee

5. Use & Enjoy

Style your event confidently with high-quality linens, décor, and specialty pieces.

Please handle all items with care and keep all original bins/bags for return.

6. Return Items

Return hours are the same as pickup hours.

We check everything back in and notify you if anything requires follow-up
