Terms and Conditions

Your reservation is not valid until deposit is paid. 

For bookings $100+ a deposit amount of 50% of total reservation, is required at time of booking, with remainder due by arrival. For booking less than $100, full payment is required at time of booking. If event is within 2 weeks of booking, full payment is required. 

Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE unless event is cancelled at least 14 days prior to event date. Formal notification of cancellation must be made via call or email, and we will confirm receipt. 

In the event of inclement weather, rain, excess wind, hail, etc.. a Raincheck or Refund on deposit will be granted. Weather will be monitored prior to event start, and it is at our discretion to deem an event unsafe 

Any promotional material is subject to availability 

Upon completion of balloon install, we cannot guarantee longevity of balloons. Dark colors in high heat are not recommended. 

NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED

POOL POLICY: WE CANNOT SPRAY FOAM OVER ANY BODY OF WATER. 

FOAM: A full waiver of liability must be signed at time of arrival, signage will be posted and rules must be obeyed or event will be stopped and client is liable for full amount. Adult supervision is required.
